Members in Action

Metro DC CLUW represented for the Coalition of Labor Union Women at the Northern Virginia Labor Federation Labor Day Picnic on Sunday, Sept. 3. 

On Saturday, August 12 Metro DC CLUW attended the DMV Tradeswomen's first ever Heartbeats to Hardhats event. This event brought women in construction and their children together to work on fun and engaging building projects. 

CLUW members from the Metro DC and Baltimore Chapters were out in support of striking SAG-AFTRA members on Thursday, July 20. We joined more than 50 union activists in leafleting outside of the Motion Picture Association as they hosted a screening of the new Barbie movie.
